我们的故事
Jellop 的故事始于 2011 年。 Gil 与 Iddo 共同创立了一家专注于初创公司的数字营销机构,服务对象涵盖多个创新领域。 三年后,Gil 接到了一位老朋友 Gilad 的电话。Gilad 当时正在普林斯顿大学攻读航空航天与机械工程博士学位,即将毕业。他与同学 Carla 刚刚发起了一个 Kickstarter 项目,却始终无法获得有效增长。
Gil 与 Iddo 迅速投入其中,尝试了他们所掌握的所有数字营销方法,但效果并不理想。于是,四人开始重新思考问题的本质—— Gil 与 Iddo 提供营销经验,而 Gilad 与 Carla 则将这些想法转化为工程化、可执行的代码。在 Kickstarter 项目结束时,他们已经完成了第一版 专为 Kickstarter 打造的专有数据分析软件。 也正是从那一刻起,他们开始帮助更多创作者突破众筹目标,实现超额筹资。

2015 年 1 月,四人正式携手,Jellop 完成向众筹领域的全面转型,并确立了一个极其清晰、透明的商业模式:100% 按绩效付费,不设任何隐藏条款。
随着时间推移,Jellop 从最初支持 5 位数筹资规模的项目,逐步成长为助力 6 位数、7 位数,乃至 8 位数 众筹项目的增长引擎。 与此同时,我们的客户群也扩展至全球数千位创作者。
当 Jellop 每月开始支持超过 100 个新项目时,团队扩张成为必然选择。 如今,我们拥有一支由 18 位专业成员组成的国际化团队,覆盖四个时区,全年 365 天、全天候为创作者提供支持。

Responsibilities:
– Manage creative assets for ad campaigns.
– Supervise and liaise with freelancers.
– Manage a streamlined onboarding process of up to 100 clients a month.
– Write and edit ad copy.
– Assist in client support and communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
– Develop client-facing materials, including newsletters, web content, and more.
– Analyze and refresh ad creatives based on performance.
– Brainstorm new ideas for improving team collaboration.
Qualifications:
– Web/social media savvy
– Ability to meet strict and recurring deadlines

– Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment

Paid Media Manager - Meta Ads (Remote, Israel)
Jellop, the $1.5B marketing machine behind the world’s most successful crowdfunding campaigns, is looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce and DTC brands. This is a hands-on paid social and performance marketing role – not strategy decks, not meetings. You’ll manage real budgets, make daily optimization decisions, and see the direct impact of your work. Fully remote, Israel-based.

What you’ll do:
– Own Meta ad campaigns end-to-end: budgets, structure, audience targeting, retargeting, and daily performance decisions.
– Optimize for ROAS and CAC through continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and funnels.
– Analyze campaign performance using Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and platform data.
– Collaborate with creative and customer success teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives.
– Support expansion into additional paid channels (Google Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok).
What you bring:
– 2–5 years hands-on experience managing high-budget Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
– E-commerce advertising background (strong preference).
– Agency or in-house performance marketing team experience.
– Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet proficiency.
– Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
– Shopify backend and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience.
– Strong creative instincts – you know how to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives.
– Google Ads or Reddit Ads experience.
– Practical use of AI tools for analysis or creative workflows.
